What are the fees for Colliers Homes services?: Our fee is 1 month rent once we have successfully booked a tenant.

Do I have to list my properties exclusively with CH?: No

I cannot issue VAT invoices to my tenant, will that be acceptable?: Normally, the tenant's company will accept a personal tax invoice issued by the Tax Bureau.

Does Colliers Homes specialize in any district?: We specialize in district 1, 2, 3, 7 and Binh Thanh.

Do I have to pay tax on the rental income?: Yes, if the tenant's company requires a tax invoice.

Can I deduct my expenses against my rental income for tax purpose?: No, if you are a private landlord, you need to pay tax as per Vietnamese governments.
Unless if the property is entity owned then Yes, you can use this property as expenses.

Can CH assist with managing the property on-going for a fee?: Yes, we normally charge 1/2 month's rent.

Can I request for rent to be paid in USD or other foreign currency?: Yes, you can only if the tenant has USD available.

Can I request for rent to be paid into an offshore account?: Yes, but the overseas tenant may refuse as it relates to bank transfer and conversion rate fees. Meanwhile, local tenants cannot transfer money abroad.
