Novaland launches Victoria Village high-end complex project

Novaland Group has officially introduced the Victoria Village high-end complex residential area, which is located at Dong Van Cong street, Thanh My Loi Ward, District 2, Ho Chi Minh City. The project includes apartments, commercial - services as well as townhouses and villas. Thu Thiem River Park and Mizuki Park are most valuable real estate M&A deals in 2017

According to DKRA, the two most valuable real estate M&A deals in 2017 are CII in cooperation with Hongkong Land to develop the Thu Thiem River Park project (District 2) and Nam Long Investment JSC in cooperation with the two Japanese developers - Hankyu Realty and Nishi Nippon Railroad to develop the Mizuki Park project (Binh Chanh). Besides, there are also other developers such as Keppel Land with the acquisition of the 2 projects in Saigon South and District 9 in the last month of 2017, with the total cost of $297mil (equivalent to over VND6,500 bil), An Gia Investment and Creed Group - Japan acquired Lacasia project of Van Phat Hung Real Estate Company for VND3,500 bil.
