According to DKRA, the two most valuable real estate M&A deals in 2017 are CII in cooperation with Hongkong Land to develop the Thu Thiem River Park project (District 2) and Nam Long Investment JSC in cooperation with the two Japanese developers - Hankyu Realty and Nishi Nippon Railroad to develop the Mizuki Park project (Binh Chanh).
